Security & privacy overview
A plain-language summary of our security and privacy practices. For legal terms, see our Privacy Policy and Terms.
What we collect
We try to collect only what is needed to run the service — account and device info, selected routes, connection status, and similar operational data. We do not store plaintext passwords.
When you contact support
Describe the issue, node name, device OS, and approximate time. Do not send passwords, verification codes, payment details, chat content, web page content, or other sensitive personal data.
Dedicated route environments
Personal and team static dedicated routes aim to keep a relatively stable environment. Except for node faults, security risks, provider changes, compliance requirements, or force majeure, we do not swap dedicated routes without notice when possible; we try to explain changes in the app or via support.
What we do not promise
- We do not claim you are untraceable or fully anonymous.
- Speed and availability depend on network and node conditions; we do not promise fixed performance or always-on service.
- We do not promise to change third-party risk controls, CAPTCHAs, or similar security mechanisms.
