Shared connectivity is used by many users; peak times may bring variation. Dedicated options are assigned to you or your team over time, which can reduce interference from shared traffic.
Except for route faults, security risks, provider changes, compliance requirements, or force majeure, we do not silently change dedicated options without notice. When a change is required, we try to explain it in the app or via support.
