Windows beta and connection notes

CityLink Global Windows is currently in closed beta, with sign-up, sign-in, and connection flows available. Public download links will be updated later; beta distribution follows administrator or support notices.

Current status

Before connecting

  1. Confirm sign-inSigned-out or expired sessions may prevent route lists and connection configuration from loading.
  2. Confirm local network accessCheck regular web access before connecting.
  3. Reduce conflictsTemporarily pause other proxies, old connectivity tools, or security software that may intercept network drivers.
  4. Switch routesIf one route times out, try another route and record the error message and time.
