CityLink Global Windows beta is available from the official Download page. Sign-up, sign-in, and connection flows are available. Administrator rights are required for installation.
Current status

- Install: the installer uses a setup wizard and requires administrator rights.
- Download: use only the official Download page and avoid unofficial sources.
- Use cases: remote work, cross-border operations, fixed IP, static IP allowlisting, and team connectivity can be discussed with support.
Before connecting
- Confirm sign-inSigned-out or expired sessions may prevent route lists and connection configuration from loading.
- Confirm local network accessCheck regular web access before connecting.
- Reduce conflictsTemporarily pause other proxies, old connectivity tools, or security software that may intercept network drivers.
- Switch routesIf one route times out, try another route and record the error message and time.
