Coverage and region availability
CityLink Global provides two different ways to choose connectivity: shared routes for light everyday use in popular regions, and personal or team dedicated connectivity that can be discussed by target country, device count, and business workflow.
Separate shared routes from dedicated consultations
Shared routes are designed for browsing, video, temporary access, and light use. They focus on popular regions and the available list may change in the app.
Dedicated connectivity is for long-running work, fixed account environments, foreign trade teams, support teams, operations teams, and live-streaming teams. Region options are confirmed through support consultation.
Shared routes: popular regions first
Shared routes are suitable when you do not need a fixed IP or a long-term consistent connection environment. They are simple to start with and can be selected from the regions currently available in the app.
- Suitable for everyday browsing, video, temporary access, and light use.
- Available regions are shown in the app and may change over time.
- Shared routes are used by multiple users, so peak-time behavior can vary.
Personal dedicated connectivity
Personal dedicated connectivity is suitable for remote work, freelancers, email, collaboration tools, and long-running business platform login where a more consistent connection environment matters.
- Dedicated IP option available on consultation.
- Can be discussed by target country or region, platform, and usage period.
- Useful when reducing shared-route variation is important.
Team dedicated connectivity
Team dedicated connectivity fits foreign trade, customer support, operations, live-streaming, and remote-work teams that need a more consistent connection environment across multiple people and devices.
- Supports multi-person and multi-device collaboration scenarios.
- Can be discussed by team size, device count, target region, and business platform.
- Best for teams that need long-running workflows instead of occasional access.
Coverage boundaries
- Multi-region consultation does not mean every shared route is open in the app.
- Route resources may change with quality, maintenance, supply, and compliance requirements.
- Exact regions, delivery periods, and pricing are confirmed through support.
- Connection results depend on local networks, destinations, route status, and time of use.
